Jeremy Flegel
Jeremy Flegel is a Producer, Musical Director and Guitarist from the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a graduate from Berklee College of Music who is currently living and working in Los Angeles. His mother being a professional organist allowed him to be exposed to music regularly since birth, and led to him beginning to take guitar seriously at the age of 9.
As a guitarist, Jeremy has toured with several successful artists such as: Jay Chou and Trixie Mattel all over the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Some of the most notable performances being Jimmy Kimmel Live and Stagecoach Festival. In addition he has also been the musical director for Grammy Nominated artist Hollis.
In high school Jeremy fell in love with music production and started writing songs with his friends frequently. This passion developed even further as he majored in Songwriting and minored in Production and Engineering while in college. He was one of 25 selected to study with Kara Dioguardi in her semester long workshops where they had submit a completely mixed and mastered song every other week that would get critiqued and edited by the Platinum songwriter herself. This along with several other professors influenced him greatly to hone his craft in composition, all of which he uses to this day.
Since moving to LA he has connected and worked with many different successful writers and producers, while simultaneously building his own artist projects. Jeremy is a fan of all music styles, and most prominently artists like Stevie Wonder, Frank Ocean, Sza, George Benson, Crumb, Paramore and many others. He hopes that the knowledge he has gained over the years can help encourage the next generation to enjoy the gift of music.
