What ages can take lessons at Ozcanli Academy?

We accept everyone starting from age six and up!

When can I start?

​

After you register, we will send an email to schedule your first lesson. You can start right after selecting your instructor at the time and day you would like have your lesson on. 

​

How often can I take lessons?

​

It is up to you! Most of our student take one or two lessons per week. If you like to schedule more or less frequent lessons, you can contact us and we will arrange your schedule accordingly.

We have a 10% discount for those students who take lessons more than once a week. (conditions apply.)

Is there a set currriculum?

​

Every student's level, goal and learning style is different. We believe that forcing a set curriculum might limit a student musical growth. That's why our lessons are tailored towards each student. During your first lesson your instructor is going to asses your goals and level as a musician and he/she will create a custom curriculum just for you.

 

Can I reschedule or cancel a class?

Can I combine two different subjects in one class?

​

Many of our instructors are proficient in teaching multiple instruments/subjects.

If your instructor teaches both of the subjects you wish to learn, it is of course possible!

 

Can I take more than one class in a week?

Of course! We have many students taking multiple lessons in a week.

 

I am a complete beginner, can I take classes with Ozcanli Academy?

​

Sure! We accept all levels, from complete beginners to very advanced.

 

How can I cancel my enrollment?

​

Simply just by e-mailing us and we will cancel your upcoming classes immediately.

 

Are the instructors equipped to teach children?

​

We have instructors specialized in teaching children.

Our administrative staff will suggest suitable instructors depending on the age group after registration.

 

Will the schedule of the teachers fit my schedule?

​

We have multiple instructors for every subject and instrument. We will make sure to find you an available teacher that will fit your schedule. Our administrative staff will send you an e-mail with all the details on teachers with their schedule after registration, so you can pick the instructor you like!

 

Are the payments per class or monthly?

​

During your first month we charge per lesson and the lesson fee is automatically charged 24 hours before your lesson time.   

During your second month (if you wish to continue) tuition is charged automatically on the 1st day of the month based on the number of weeks in the month.

 

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

​

We accept Stripe as our only payment method.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. To put it simply, any payment information sent to Stripe is sent securely and safely.
